TXR has had so much rain that they haven't run much in the last 3 weeks, so I guess Bill has had a reprieve, but he has made more than a few people mad already. As soon as they really get to running a lot, a lot of them will be running some where else now that everyones old favorite track personel own the denton track.

As for up here, I haven't been out there yet, as they are just running jackpot races, with little or no prep to the track. I saw a post by someone that said he had wasted his time going out to Amarillo, as it was slicker on the track than on the return road.

Hopefully the bond that Hieslcher put up wont hold up, as the money he used towards that were in CD's in other family members names, not his, and were in a trust anyway, so I dont think they were negtioable. Maybe the judge will see through that scam, and get on with the Sheriff's sale. WE CAN ONLY HOPE!!!
