I recently made contact with the spirit world and one of the spirits i made contact has not left me since and has been hanging around my body talking to me and i can sense her and she won't leave when i ask her to politely angrily rudely whatever, how do you exorcise a spirit that has come down from heaven the other dimension and decided to stay inside your body and not leave? I channelled, but i am not an experienced medium or psychic just someone who happened to pick up a connection with the spirit world by fluke.
I am not hearing voices, i have seen this spirit outside of my body and felt a pop when she jumped into me.
