Donut - take this slowly abd eveything is there to help you.

tell me what kind of files do you have? How many? What is there full name.

Many utilities exist to extract z i p.a ce.,a rj., (my spacing to make sure the board does not delete the type) etc file extensions. one of the smallest and easiest is jetpak pro which I can e-mail to you. Winzip 2000 does the same, Winrar and Install 2000 from CIA.

unpacked, and depending upon the release which we will identify by the full file name, there will be a file in the directory to which you extracted which tells you how to proceed. usually a notepad file.

make sure your Operating system is compatible, there will be a check liost at the top of .diz file prepared by the release team which tells you how big the programme is, what protection is has, how they have overcome that etc. You should find it straight forward.
