First question to answer do you have a cd burner? If not, then the following will put the whole cd onto your HD, which will take up resources.

You need winimage or fileburner. If fileburner which I use just hit the .cue file after configuring the file paths for where you wish to programme to go and follow the instructions. Test burn first if you want. Debug if you want or just burn onto a cd (or HD).

I have a feeling that since you have asked this question you do not have a burner or this is the first time you have d/l an iso file. If so the size of the .bin file will be the size of the programme on your HD.

good luck,
