Deep to the North of Egyptian Acres is the lushes forests. Adorned with pines, oaks and maples, the trails entwine through the oldest of these trees.
Narrow, dirt trails lead around and about, some lead to the swamps. The clear swamp area was cultivated with wider dirt trails for the crossings. There are few water sources, on occasion one may cross a small brook or pond within the many forest clearing.
