Tender Pie Crust


1 cup shortening
1/3 cup boiling water
1.5 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Stir or whisk the shortening ,salt and boiling water to a smooth paste(if it doesn't dissolve shortening completely, heat it up a tad in microwave and whisk again)

Add flour to make a smooth ball

Chill until workable and roll between waxed paper..or if you roll on counter use as little flour for rolling as you can.
