Best and Fastest Blueberry Cobbler
2 cups fresh or canned blueberries drained.
6 slices white or wheat bread, crusts removed, cut into thirds
1 / 2 cup butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place blueberries in a 6-by-6-inch baking dish. Layer bread slices over blueberries. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and top is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
