Subject: Looking for a dish

I was wondering if any one had a suggestion for a pot luck dish I can take where there will be no electric or gas for that matter. That does not need to be kept hot or cold.
Desserts are already taken so that is out of the question..
Thank you for any help I can get :)

Hi Franie! I have made this & it is good hot or room temp. I doubled the recipe & cooked it in a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish. It is a Weight Watchers recipe but nobody in my family knows that.....but ME!!! LOL!

Easy Garden Bake recipe

6 servings, 2 points per serving
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat Bisquick
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Layer zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended, then pour out into pie plate. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Texas cavier is what I take to picnics. I take "scoops" chips with it but some people use it as a salad.
