I have followed this way of eating for several years and have gotten off all my meds due to high cholestrol and acid reflux. My cousin was diagnosed with diabetes with strict diet to follow and she is free and clear and she now believes you are what you eat. It's hard to come here to my recipe site and see all the food I have posted that really aren't healthy to me anymore.
