Subject: Simple sheet cake

Sometimes called Wacky Cake or Screwball Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Combine the ingredients above and then mix in the following:
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2/3 cup oil
Once that is all combined, add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and you'll have a very yummy cake.

Sounds like a great recipe. I will have to give it a try. Good to see someone put a post up. I check out every day in case there is something new.
