Subject: Hunza Diet Bread

4 cups of liquid mineral mix (This is Liquid Colloidal Minerals from the local health food store mixed 50/50 with distilled water)

1 & 1/2 cups of Peanut OR sunflower OR safflower oil. (use only one of these listed ingredients)

1 & 1/2 cups of natural unrefined raw sugar OR maple syrup OR dark corn syrup (use only one of these listed ingredients)

16 fluid (liquid) ounces of honey

10 fluid (liquid) ounces of molasses.

8 full cups of ALL natural buckwheat flour.

1/2 cup flaxseed OR 1/2 sesame seeds. (use only one of these listed ingredients)

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. each: ginger, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, allspice and ground cloves.

2 tsp. baking powder.

1 cup (total) of unsalted, chopped walnuts & pecans. (or APRICOT seeds if available) (You can use one or all of these combined for a total of one cup)

1 cup (total) of chopped dried apricots, raisins, sliced dates, dried cherries or dried cranberries or other dried fruit to taste.(You can use one or all of these combined for a total of one cup)

Use a mixer, whisk or mix by hand all the dry ingredients first, then add the wet Ingredients and mix well.


Next Step:
Grease and lightly flour your baking pan. If pans are small you will need more than one.

Pour the Hunza Bread mixture into the pan 1/2 inch deep.

If you use baking pans 11 x 13.5 inches you will Need 3 pans... with bigger pans you may only need 2.

Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. After one hour, reduce to a very temperature, 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit for one to two hours more to dry the bread. (leave in oven.)

Test occasionally to make sure it is not too dry.


NEXT STEP:
When cool, turn pan(s) over and cut into 2 inch squares.

Store in plastic containers or bags in the freezer or refrigerator.

Only use a conventional oven, because this is the only way to dry the bread at a low temperature.
