Subject: Sweet and Sour Beef. The smell is worth the cooking.

This has a great aroma while cooking and tastes great.


2½ lbs stew beef
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 " worchestershire sauce
2 " soy sauce
½ tsp pepper
¾ cup ketchup
½ " water
Shake cubed beef in bag w/½ cup flour. Put beef in casserole dish. Cover w/sauce. Over the beef and sauce, place 2 cups sliced onion. Cover and bake.
350 degrees--------2½ hours
