Subject: Cherry Filling

Cherry filling

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. marachino cherry juice
24 chopped marachino cherries
2 tbsp. butter

Blend dry ingredients together in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Chill Use for cookie filling, fried pies, etc.
