Subject: Chicken Pot Pie

Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 2/3 c frozen mixed vegetables,thawed
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400º.

Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased casserole dish.
Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into dish.

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Can be doubled.

thanks will have to try this recipe I love pot pie but it is not friendly (store version) for diabetics.
