Subject: Feedback from AG

Guernsey AG are in our top 5 big AG givers in the country. They have a wide network of BS Reps on the Island having representation into 90%+ of all the Churches. They have one lady who co-ordinates distribution of resources, including WIA, to all of these folk.

We have had some anecdotal feedback on how WIA has been received on the Island which in general say's that content is excellent, but the covers are not competing well against other Charity Mags. "WIA is being left on the shelf, whilst other magazines are being taken..."

I'm sure that you will be aware that in an increasingly competative market place, having a cover which is attractive + appealing to the punters is vital. Although content is good, we lose out if people are not attracted to even open it.

However having said all that the current cover (Spring 02) is a lot better, being colourful + bright with a good image - Well done! Could we have more of the same please?
