Here is a few crappie beds that I have built and ready to put in on the next trip out.

And here is where I will be putting them. Its a screen shot of the Humminbird 987c SI the red marks are showing where they will go along the creek channle that runs through a stump flat.

Hope to catch plenty of fish off them in the years to come. and the last few trips we have caught more catfish then crappie off them.

Yes but like to catch and eat both.
But would not give 15 lbs of SAuger or walleye for 100 lbs of catfish or crappie.
I know I look forward to cold weather and sauger fishing again.
I still have about 5 fish Fry's of sauger left but you can bet the last bag of fillets will not be cooked until its time to start catching some again. Man there so good. Light sweet taste and soooooooooooooooo good.
