There 1 1/4 oz. Making up some 1.2 oz and 3/4 oz soon.
I do some trolling with the jigs and crankbait.
But tell me more on how you do it?
AS I always enjoy learning more. Can't wait to get a limit and eat good. LOL
Pete

Pete, all we did is use a shad color model a bomber that runs about 6-8 feet deep. We would troll along the drop offs and catch them when they come up on the edges to feed.
We usually trolled the area up from 9 mile island I think is what it is called. Up river from you at the other dam.
I forget if that is Wilson or Wheeler dam.
I caught a few sauger trolling for smallies with a crawfish colored bomber.

It was in February I am thinking. I know it was cold in the mornings and warm later in the day.
