Took the 17ft boat out this evening to see if I had the motor set up right. And try the tilt and Trim out.
Even fished for an hour.
Did not catch any fish. But it was great to be out on the water.
Even though the wind would try to blow you off the water.
Wind gust to 30 MPh. And I think there was a few times it was close to that out there on the water

Hang in there, the weather is going to get better.
Then you can give the boat a real test. I sure miss fishing on some big water. I have to drive 60 miles one way to get to a decent size river. Then I can throw a 1 oz sinker all the way across.

Wish I has not gone. Now I have the OLD Cold back again..
But its not that long until springtime and fishing.
Hoot you need to get back to fishing country.
