Shame to kill such a fish. Might have been a new worlds record if weighed on certified scales. The current record was caught in Texas this year. It weighed 120.5 lbs and is alive and well at the fishery center on display. TBill

John the kicker is, if he was a commercial fisherman like the add stated.
In Tn they can not take a fish over 34" long. They have to turn all catfish 34" or bigger back.
Also the link is now working now. So maybe someone with TWRA is doing something about it..
