i've seen heaven - and it's a chocolate cake.

Three tiers of delicious moist sponge, sandwiched with chocoalte icing/cream/whatever. covered with chocolate. on top - maltesers and minstrels. round the sides, twix, milky ways and mini snickers. and liberally sprinkled with chocolate drops and ferrero rochers.

it was made by a proper pastry chef for my friend's birthday but goddammit next time i have a cake to make i'm copying it on a smaller scale :)
