He also hated Oliver! as much as I did and fell asleep during Act one which was quite amusing.

How the hell can you fail with Oliver? Easiest musical ever to do well.

I thought of you when Bill came on. Our Bill rocked but I could imagine you doing it and think you would probably have punched Nancy in the face for real, as she was that bloody awful.

When she died, a kid next to me said to its mum "she's still moving is she still alive?" to which the mum replied "no dear, she's just not a very good actress". Only point in the show that made me laugh out loud.
