I go away for 3 days and 2 nights and they can't cope. I did put Jack out in the garden as punishment as if he wants to behave like an animal he can be treated like an animal (at this point forgetting that he is, in fact, an animal). But Eric howled, then Jack howled so ten seconds later I let him back in and gave him a lot of treats and a cuddle to say sorry.
