we currently have broadband, telephone and 2 tv boxes with every channel going (apart from Sky One now).

All it's going to take is for a few % of their 3 million customers to move and they'll feel a difference for sure, talk with your feet I say (especailly as there's only 1 month left on our tv contract and they need 30 days notice)
