Subject: I hate this job sometimes

Have just had to sack one of my favourite field staff in front of the whole office while she cried down the phone to me as it's the anniversary of her dad's death, her husband has left her and she's had the flu lurgy thing and it all got too much for her.

This job really really sucks sometimes.
