Subject: So having been on the audition panel, I have a part

Well sort of. I auditioned tonight and then the idiot Chairman came in and blocked it so the part has to be thrown open to the masses and I have to audition in front of everyone.

Fine by me. The Director, MD and Choreographer have cast me anyway. And it'll put the cocky new girl who thinks she is god's gift to singing in her place too.

Carousel was a disaster. Dave the Postman sent me to the wrong rehearsal venue so I was an hour late and had to do the whole thing cold having just run up five flights of stairs. Oh well, means I have more holiday to use up getting drunk with the lads in Fiddler. Pete the Prison Warden shouted with joy when he came to approve the cast with the rest of the committee as I was so adamant I'm not doing Fiddler as it is the worst musical ever written! (For those of you who follow my life, Pete is married to the man boy weeble!)
