Subject: By the way can I point out that my illness has come at the perfect time

My killjoy boss is calling a departmental meeting next week to have a go at the team collectively about the inappropriateness of some people getting so embarrassingly drunk at the Client party last Monday.

As I was ill I had a couple of drinks, paced myself, and went home at ten o'clock. Had I been healthy, I'd have been the one inviting the senior Client to a lapdancing club at 2am.
