Alice: :-) I think Chris has a good idea, too. It doesn't beat face-to-face, but it's a start!! Now, where are the donuts??

I'm the mother of 3 grown sons and have gone back to college to finish my bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. My husband retired from 22 years in the Army, so we have had our share of traveling. He went back to school and now is a full time pastor at our local church. I have my hands full with school and church activities. But...as you said, working at home can be great...but boy do I get lonesome sometimes. I remember the days when my kids were little, though and I thought I would just go nuts if I couldn't talk to someone with a vocabulary beyond pre-school level.

I used to do a great deal of needle work, but my wrists give me fits. I suppose someday I'll have to consider carpel tunnel treatment, but for now, just by limiting my craft work, I can still manage to work part time, so I can't complain too much.

Stay in touch! Maureen
