Subject: Divine Prospective

According to the Theory of Relativity, Einstein said there is no past, no future, that within time there is only now. Everything that ever has been, and everything that ever will be exists only in the now.

Imagine for a moment that there is a great parade going through your city. So you go downtown early and put up your chair on the sidewalk in front of the hardware store. And you have the perfect vantagepoint in which to view the parade as it passes by. So you finally hear the beating of the drums and the pounding of feet and you know the parade is on its way. And soon you begin to see the parade pass before your vision, but there people all around thousands standing or sitting on the sidewalk standing or sitting on the curb. So there you are in your little seat and the only thing you can see is one float or maybe two passing right in front of you. So one by one by one you watch the floats pass by. And there are some floats that are in the past because they have already passed by, and they have rounded the corner and you can't see them anymore. So those floats are in the past but there are some that are in the future, because they are so far down the street and because of the throng you can't see them. They are on the way and you will view each one through you limited perspective. You're like a horse with blinders and all you can see is that little portion right there in front of you.

Now lets suppose you make you way up to the top of a three-story building. You get to the top and perch yourself on the edge and now you have another view of the parade. And in that instant past and future pass away, because now you see the whole parade. Now you see the float in front of the chair you were sitting in, and the one behind that and the one behind that, and the one in front and the one in front of that. You now see the beginning from the end, and you see the end from the beginning and everything from in between. And its a matter of perspective, its your viewpoint, its how you see it. It has to do with you elevation, it has to do with your scope. And if you get high enough you see it all at once, and the whole parade exists in the now. And this is what the Spirit of the Lord began to quicken to me. He is changing our perspective, He is altering our vision, He is correcting our viewpoint. He is bringing us into a dimension, in Himself, to see as He sees. How many know that He sees the end from the beginning? God exists in the eternal now, no past, Adam is not past, and the millennium is not future. The dawn of creation is not thousand or millions or even billions of years in the past. The consummation of all things is not ages and ages into the future. Because God is high enough to see the whole purpose from the beginning to the end, and it all exists in His eternal now. He sees it all.
But you see in the limitation of our humanity we view things with our blinders because we are perched on our little seat down in front of the hardware store on the sidewalk with thousands of human bodies collected all around us, and with all the systems of the world and the place of the carnal mind, and the limitations of this gross material world, and all we can see is that limited portion the we are looking at right now. And we think that this little portion that we see is now and everything else is either past or future. Thetas why we are distressed troubled, and why we are sometimes confused. That is why we sometimes cry out to God, "O God why, why did this happen? Why did the other happen? And we feel hopeless and helpless in the midst of circumstances and problems and situations.

And as we look out at the nations and at the world and society and what's happening in our schools, the conditions of our churches and the government and all the rest of it we feel helpless. Because we're sitting in our little chair on the sidewalk in front of the hardware store. And all we can see is how it looks from where we are. We don't see where it came from and we don't see where it's headed. We don't see the origin and we don't see the consummation, we just see what's in front of us, that's all, and we call that now. That's not now, that is now but that's not all of now. The origin is now, the destiny is now, and the whole plan is now because God is now. And when we see from His perspective we see the whole thing. I've had agnostics and others ask me if God is real and the God that you worship is as good as you say, if God is love then why do we have the teeming millions of starving people and little children with bloated stomachs, and drug addicts that are strung out and killing themselves, and why do we have teenagers shooting each other in the schools, wars, famine, tornadoes and destruction, if God is love why do we have all theses things? And you know its difficult to answer that because you're trying to answer people who are sitting in their little chairs on the sidewalk in front of the hardware store and all they can see is the wars, and the famine, and the bloated stomachs, and the shootouts in the schools, that's all they can see. And they're saying if God is love why all this? And you can't answer that why unless you can see the whole picture. You can't answer it unless you can see the whole origin and the consummation, which produces the meaning behind everything that, happens in between. So how are you going to describe the perspective of the man on top of the three-story building to a man on the sidewalk sitting in his little chair in front of the hardware store? You can't explain that because it has to come by revelation. And many times things happen in our lives and our families lives, and there are tragedies and there are accidents, and there are troubles and our first cry many times is why. Why God did you allow this to happen, God why why. But did you know that all of our whys come from the little chair in front of the hardware store. Only people sitting in front of the hardware store ask why.

God spoke to me one time and said, " Son, son do not ask why." Somebody said but Jesus did. He did once, one time. And do you know when that was? It was when he took all the darkness, and all the limitation, and all the sin, and all the unbelief, and all the wickedness of man upon himself. And when he took it all fully into himself, that humanity cried out, and said why have you forsaken me? But in reality God didn't forsake him. That's the cry of the man in the little chair in front of the hardware store.
