I do not know if any of you people know me or not, but I think I recognise some names here, such as Luminar. For those of you who do not knnow me, I am Ceara, and I am a fellow personaliser as well as a professional artist.

I co-own a site called NSHC and also work at United in Magic and have done so for about 3 years.

Recently a person calling herself Deja Vu wanted a pic done at NSHC

This person attempted to have an image (not a pic, an artwork) altered, with my signature being removed.
That is reasonably standard, and so long as people apologise if they are caught out, I'm used to dealing with it. However, this person refused to apologise for violating copyright laws - and then told me she could mess with the image anyway!
This greatly hurt and annoyed me!
My fellow workers there stood up for me, demanding an apology from this Deja Vu, which she refused to give, instead becoming defensive and saying she had done nothign wrong - and hurled various nasty insults at me.

Because we refused to do her image unless she apologised, she has said she will seek to have her pic done elsewhere, and I think chances are good that she will end up here.

Please do not do an image for Deja Vu. She has shown herself to be nasty, hypocritical and truly not worth having as a customer. Please spread the word.
