Located in the rolling hills of the plantation country is the 27 acres of the beautiful Sandhills Stable. Displayed proudly on a particularly large hill is the renovated plantation house which has been passed down in the owner's family for generations. With white siding, a black-shingled roof, and a columned wraparound porch, this aged house beckons eagerly to all who approach it. Nestled into another hill nearby is the equally aged stone stable where the equines rest from the exhausting summer heat. Where there was once well-tended sugarcane fields there are now pastures edged in perfect white-railed fences. Closer to the stable the fences skirt small paddocks, but further away they mark the boundaries of horse havens. The young owner's love of all things noble and beautiful are shown here in this quiet little farm.
