I have decided, in response to the highly unusual method being used to trade, to withdraw my offer from Pujols and remove myself from the bidding process.

I feel that I cannot, and should not have to, reveal how much/little I value my players and other assets to the league unless I can be sure the deal will be accepted.

Further, I will not deal with the St. Louis Cardinals unless Jay shows more respect to his fellow GMs and the thought they put into their offers.
