The mare, Bigora, is the first one to awaken. As soon as she does she feels around for her son, shock running through her when she doesn't find him. She sends out bleats, hoping to hear her son answer, then begins to thrash, fighting the halter. Sending out bleats of worry and anger, Mino is awakened soon after and begins biting and thrashing also.
