Subject: think they should leave the selections to nivea or any of the sponsors-they seem to be doing a better job of finding good contestants.frankly speaking fmis and fmie are both a waste of time.prefer the way nivea conducts talent hunts for potential candidates based on grace,poise,catwalking skills and last but not least the way they speak.much more contemporary than this outdated system of q&a round

  • I agree. Pandey and Dwivedi are North Indian (UP/Bihar) Brahmin surnames. Chopra is a Punjabi Khatri surname, while Karnik is Marathi. I guess only Zara Shah is a proper 'South Indian' persay and Tulip a proper 'East Indian' persay. It shows India is a highly migrant society these days, but I also thought the pageants were supposed to promote women from cultural backgrounds often not represented in FMI.
