Have you ever tried any of those supplements that promise relief for hot flashe? I have been using Estroven Extra Strength for a couple of years now,and they do help..when I remember to take them....it does take a couple of weeks to kick in,though....and I had to double up on the amount I take...I take 4 a day instead of 2....2 in the am and 2 in the pm....the problem is,it says to get the maximum effect, you need to take them with a meal, and I dont eat regularly,so that kind of makes me forget to take them.....
But give it try,I think it does work.....I get mine at B.J's .....I never checked the price at WalMart,though..they are usually comparable....I pay $20 for a pkg of 98,and that lasts not quite a month.....
But its been pretty chilly here the past couple of days,so I may ease off of them for a bit....I have my own internal furnace......oil is over $3 a gallon here!!! I remember when it was under a buck!!!Too bad we couldnt package and sell some of those hot flashes, huh?
