(My 'get up and go' got up and went, a long, long time ago! lol) And, I have to be honest here, gals. I don't use the Y pool for exercise, I use it to 'cool off' after 20 to 25 minutes in the hottub. Then, I spend another twenty minutes in the showers (something I would never, ever do at home!!!). But, I did spend the last part of the summer, dropping 10#, by bicycling and kayaking. So far, in spite of Thanksgiving, that 10# is staying off. My 'BodyMassIndex' is below 25, again. Yeah!

RE hay, the Mennonite farmer from whom I've been buying orchard grass told me that he got $6.50 a bale, at auction, this past week! He also told me he'd just sold a full truckload to a guy who drove all the way up from Kentucky, to get hay!! Happily, he agreed to let me buy 300 bales at $6 a bale, and he'll hold it on the farm, for me. That should hold me over the winter. I usually only use a bale a day, unless it's very cold and wet, and the horses have to stay inside. When they're in, I use up to two bales, a day. So, I'm hoping the 300 bales will last until the end of May ...
