The post of 1-13-07 The Misadventures of Squiggy by Squiggy's Mom, I read in part ---- But she had to have been loose for at least 24 to 36 hours!I checked her out from head to toe,and could not find any sign of injury-what a miracle given the fact that I have 5 rodent-loving cats and 2 dogs,one of which has been known to kill 3 FS in a 24 hour period (there seems to be a colony of them living behind the brick of the woodstove and another one in the ceiling upstairs,and occasionaly they find their way into the house-which is how I acquired Squiggy 4 months ago)---
Now, they say gestation period is 40-43 days, that would leave 7 days if she was, she did have those 24-36 hours and she may have made the best of them.. Guess I am just hoping you will have babies. Sylvia
