Now here I have to throw a wrench in the works :-0 . When Pootie is sleeping and I wake her, she likes to come out and be held and petted. She curls up in my hands and rests her tiny little head over and on top of my thumb like a tiny little puppy. I'll pet and pet and pet her head with my finger. She loves it. But only if she's been sleeping and she's not busy looking for trouble.


On the other hand, when she's out and about and zipping around I'll sneak up on her from behind quite frequently to see how far I get. I guess I'm hoping that someday she'll be older and less wary of me reaching for her from behind.
Such simple things are the most fascinating................
