Oh my gosh I didn't know a female would stake out that much real estate! I feel sure that's what it is. I'm not put off by her naturalness. I know the sweet one will return. I admit I miss the sweet one. If I can get her and hold her to pet her she momentarily forgets and turns into the sweet one but then she comes to herself again. I have little stuffed squirrels that I run interference with. If she's on her way to beat me up I'll stick one of those in her face and she'll attack it. It's funny. She keeps me thinking that's for sure. As for you sleeping in the same room, isn't it just precious when they want to hide a treasured nut where you are (under your pillow?), or on our person somewhere? My horses are all shed out pretty good, so when it got down to almost freezing last night I was thankful for a warm barn that I could shut the doors. I do love being at the barn, takes away time from other things but we all adjust. It's sometimes hard being a single mom to so many furry bodies with big begging eyes demanding attention and love :) :) My hands, arms and lips sure get a workout on a daily basis. (yes I smooch on my dog and the horses. Pootie when she lets me. The cats hair comes loose too easy for smoochies and of course can't smooch the fish). Off to let the little bugger Pootie out of her cage for the day, Tally Ho!
