(Back Flipping Flyer has a wheel (lower level of cage), but needs ...) some OOC time ... (out of cage ....). None of my flyers 'back flip' -- and I'm of the opinion that it's not necessarily a good thing, to do so. I think a cage should be floor to ceiling, whenever possible. A full room for evening exercise is always best, IMHO -- for at least an hour or two, each night.
