I work at night, I'm on every morning but I'm usually just having my morning java and not participating. I can't just eat or drink something and not read.....odd? Your horse situation: you might feel uncomfortable riding the creaky one, can you ask for another one? how many lessons have you had? I have 2, one is 21 and the other 6. They are my kids and I realize that even if I don't ride I still enjoy caring for them. Sometimes I'm content riding around their little pasture area bareback. I used to be a trail warrior but have found more responsibilities that keep me away from that life style the past few years. I like to take them for walks around the property and let them pick around for grass. I love having them in my backyard but I would accept them being at a boarding place if it was nice, the people trustworthy and horse knowledgeable. It seems more than not, people claim to be horse people but don't have much horse sense. I would be cautious about getting a 21 year old unless he was vetted in good health. Don't know where you live but ask around to see how much everything costs, contact some boarding places, other horse people, even the local feed store, go visit and ask questions. Us horse people are usually happy to share info. :) Good luck!
