10% bleach solution should only be used if there is some concern about infection -- and at that, should be followed with a very serious rinse, and then air drying in the sun.

I've never found a need for anything but plain, clear, warm water, for washing up after a flyer (or flyers ...).

If your flyer tends to urinate on one side of their cage, the urine running down the wire, you might want to consider taking an old sheet, and tying it to the inside of the cage side that the flyer is wetting. The idea is for the flyer to wet the sheet, instead of the bars of the cage. Then, you can just toss the sheet in the wash, once a week. My crew seem to think my sweatshirt works just fine, as a latrine! Particularly when I'm wearing it!!! lol!
