(Hey! Move to the 'burbs of Wilmington/Baltimore -- IOW, to ....) Cecil County, Maryland! Of course, southern New Jersey would be good, too .... and NJ has an excellent stance, on companion flyers. But, NJ is quite a bit more expensive, than Cecil County. Delaware does not have a 'flyer friendly' stance, but does have a taxpayer friendly stance.

Of course, if you're job is still in the Great and Illustrious City of New York, I suppose you're quiet cottage will be on LI, or Northern Jersey. Happily, real estate prices are dropping, in the NYC metro area, so hope you'll find a great place, at an affordable price. Keep us posted!!!
