I tell you, those hot flashes are HE--! I've been in full force for 3 years and keep thinking I'll get some relief, but alas, not yet! The flyers won't stay in my shirt/bra as much because of flashes; in fact, Barney says he is signing up for swimming lessons this summer if it keeps up! I don't have a pool to jump into but being in NC certainly helps! We've been in the low 50's at night and high 70's in day, but it is supposed to warm up starting today.
