 Pam if you read the constitution on page 9 on wards it says “ an. extra ordinary meeting may be called at any time by the committee and must be called within 14 days after a written request to the committee from at least 15 members, you seriously need to look at the constitution then you need to read the page 10 “ dissolution of the society.
The charity commission can only get involved if there is strong evidence they can not get involved with “internal” matters, you need to read there rules. however the PTS are affiliated to the great world thingy which if enough people members and ex-members send written complaints, they have to by their own rules investigate, the CC are a lazy bunch of cretins I am contacting this great world people to see where we stand all help in this matter is required now, but first members and ex-members do need to get the committee and force them into an extra ordinary meeting by “LAW” and by the rules of the great world they can not refuse this, if they do it is more evidence but as I have said above you need 15 members to do this, however if there is not 15 members left lol that’s even better because they then haven’t got a quorum, and also they have to have a quorum as a committee as well if they are failing in this area the greater world and CC have to come in also if Terry is “NOT” the appointed “Trustee” and there is written evidence of this in documents etc then he can be removed by force. I will contact tomorrow the PTS site Susan has done and will send her an email
it does Im afraid need to be done in the right way, the members and ex members must not leave themselves open an extra ordinary does need to be forced here before anything can take place, the committee have to follow the request of 15 members if they call for this meeting you can not just walk in and take over it has to be done in the correct fashion, I know they haven’t so lets not stoop down to their low level
