Why would the CC need to be informed? They accepted the present lot who told a load of lies and not once followed their constitution, so why should anyone respect them. The CC will only say follow the constitution and that’s not been done therefore its up to the ex-members to make them and if they don’t - well its legal to kick them out. There are a lot of ex-members if they went in and kicked them out what could the CC do ,or anyone else for that matter - it would be a civil case not criminal. What Judge in the land would take it back from the very people who are legally entitled to PTS ,when they hear the treatment and lies that went on they THE WRONGED would WIN. The worst thing that could happen is they would be ordered to have a legal AGM and Terry and rest would have to abide by the constitution - that’s if he had the balls to go to court as he wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. It’s a matter of everyone getting together most of the ex-members are not ex-members as they had their membership taken illegally in the first place. Remember power is numbers.
