Howdy Tim. I just found this board. I've had Terragen since v0.36, or about a month and a half. While it is not as feature-rich and versatile (yet) as Bryce, it also has a nice, linear, common-sense interface and controls. Something you might want to check out, if you like maps, is the ability of Terragen to utilize USGS terrain maps...I have not taken time to figure this out, though there areas of southern Utah I'd really like to render...I downloaded the converter, but haven't gotten it to work. (I want to render The Narrows of the Zion River (w/ the sun down in the slot canyon :0!) That's one thing I'm looking for on this board...
