Historic and Elegant- A brick Italianate Mansion built in 1870. It has 12 foot high ceilings, ornate plaster work, 2 non-working marble fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows, original turn of the century lighting, a pier mirror with marble base table, stained glass window in bath. 15 minute walk to Cornell University, 5 minute walk to the downtown commons. Quiet, large, off-street parking, microwave, gorgeous. No pets. No smoking. $725 plus utilities. RDSchmitt@aol.com
