Subject: one bedroom apt summer sublet

I'll be leaving my one bedroom before the end of May, and it's available until Aug. 1st. It's on Buffalo St., in an area of mostly grad students (ie, a bit quieter than Collegetown), good location. There's a picnic area in back along the gorge, laundry room, lots of street parking + offstreet parking available for rent. I pay $600/mo total, very flexible on amount asking.
