Subject: NYC housing available

Hi --I am subletting my room this summer. The description is below. Please forward to anyone you think might be interested. Thanks a lot, Suzanne

One room in 4 bedroom available for a reduced rent of 650 per month between May 16 and August 30. The Apartment is located at 3 Kinnaird street It is about a 6
minute walk to the red-line T and at heart of central square (coffee shops,
grocery stores etc), 15 ! minute walk to harvard square, 10 minutes to the river. The location is fabulous.

The room is beautiful: large, light (three windows; gets fabulous sun in the
morning), has a closet, will be furnished. There is no air conditioning, but I
think a fan in the window will be more than adequate We do have DSL -- which is fast internet connection. That and utitiles are not included in the rent.

Please email me with any questions you have.

Isn't Central Sq in Boston? Why does the ad say NYC housing?
