Subject: BEAUTIFUL apartment available in Ithaca for Spring 2004 and/or Summer 2004

I have a beautiful apartment available to rent for Spring 04 and/or summer 04. It is a one bedroom with an extra room that I use as an office, but could be used as either another bedroom, a dining room, or anything else. It is large, bright and sunny and fully carpeted. It has brand new linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom, brand new couches, brand new mattresses, a big screen tv, a dining room table, two desks with chair, a dresser, newly painted, window blinds, and much more. It is immaculate and safe, with two locks and a peephole. This can easily house two people, although I live here alone. It is 200 feet from Cornell campus, and across the street from the bus stop. Also across the street from West Campus which includes dining hall, convenience store, computer room with internet, and much more. Very close to stores, mall, and other services, and close to gorge trails and nature locations. The apt has standard cable INCLUDED, and internet hookup. It also INCLUDES a parking space.
